You can build this LEGO Plotter with a single LEGO BOOST Creative Toolbox set 17101. You can control the plotter using a custom web app that runs only in the latest Chrome browser versions on devices that have a Bluetooth Low Energy antenna (BLE). The app allowsy you to load any image you want, zoom it, crop it, and filter it. The LEGO BOOST plotter will draw it line by line. You can draw a portrait of yourself, your favorite pet, your favorite cartoon character, or your logo.
