LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3

LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 tic-tac-toe playing robot

TIC TAC TO3 is a LEGO MINDSTORMS robot with artificial intelligence

A LEGO robot that plays tic tac toe

This EV3 project allows you to build a robot that plays the famous tic tac toe game. Its built-in artificial intelligence allows it to never lose a match. At worst, it can tie against the human player. The TIC TAC TO3 robot was designed years ago, and it was even featured on Italian TV! To play with it, you need 5 balls of each color; you can use any glass marble with a diameter of  14mm, or Zamor spheres (the EV3 set includes just 3 of them), or LEGO GBC balls.

You can build this robot using a single LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 retail set 31313.  Click the button below to get the building instructions!

DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

TIC TAC TO3 is ready to go! Together with the instructions, you get the compiled program to make it work.
The quality of the building instructions is comparable to the LEGO official ones . The building steps are detailed and clear, optimized for 16:9 screens.
